Policies and Procedures To Return Items

Our Policies and Procedures  To qualify for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for either a refund or repair of Picwood USA LLC products, all items require an RMA number prior to being returned. 


Our policies definition of Products must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer\'s original packaging.


 All returns will be inspected and products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 


Receiving Procedure: 

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. To avoid any delay or denial of processing your return please verify the product you are returning meets the guidelines below and qualifies for return. 


Picwood USA LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% at Picwood USA LLC's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 4 weeks from the time your product is received to receive your refund check. 


Shipping To/From Customer: 

Customer is responsible for all shipping to them, and if there is a return, they must pay the return shipping. All items must be in the original packaging. Inspection Criteria: Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and shipped securely. Products must be complete, including all nuts, bolts, wood assembly. Products must be free of any permanent alterations including, paint, and altered wood. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or damage in mishandling.
