Resale & Sales Tax Information
Email your state seller’s/ sales tax permit copy to admin@picwoodusa.com.
Do not email the number; we must have a physical copy. 

Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon only furnish EIN copy.
 

State law mandates that a sales permit is required to honor. If you do not enter your state sales tax number and/or you have not faxed us a copy of your state sales tax permit or exemption certificate, you will be charged sales tax.


Order Processing

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations.
Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order.
Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
 

Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Tuesday and Thursday.
 

Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.


Address Changes, Order Changes, Order Cancellations & Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
 

If an error has occurred in your address and you notify us immediately we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error.
 

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees will calculated and will be non-refundable.


Terms of Sale

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Payments accepted in US credit card.

Credit Invoice Terms: You may qualify for Invoice Credit, once the proper paperwork is filled out and verified.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sale prices do not apply to previous purchases.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
 

Please note: No matter which payment option you use, Picwood USA! does not store your credit card information. You may find it helpful to use a Wallet or the form function of your favorite browser to fill in your payment information on repeat orders.


When Will I Receive My Invoice For An Order?

Invoices are sent once we get your order, and we will place your order in line to start working on your order once the invoice has been paid. 

Those businesses that qualify for CREDIT: Invoices are sent on Monday (Sunday night) per order for the previous weeks orders. So if you send in on Tuesday three different orders for us to fulfill you will receive three invoices that coming Monday with your order number/last name in the PO area. Payments are Upon Receipt of the INVOICE.. If you fail to pay in a timely manner (within 3 days) all orders will be held up until invoices are paid and you will be charged a 1.5% fee per invoice total on the fourth day on non-payment.


Credit Card Fraud

Picwood USA! participates vigorously in merchant organizations that are united in their effort to reduce credit card fraud and protect internet consumers; we utilize several systems available to us to ensure that credit card transactions are legitimate and secure. Orders using incorrect billing addresses will be cancelled.


How to Order

The best way is to send us your customers invoice showing what they ordered, amount, type, variables, and ship address. Then we will copy it over to our Invoice system and save it until Sunday night.


Sales Tax

Sales Tax on Michigan merchandise is 6.% if you are not a wholesaler or have not sent in your EIN form. We will charge (non-refundable) sales tax on your order until such time we have your form.
 

Free Drop Shipping

Picwood USA! does not charge any additional fee for drop shipping to your recipient.
The email address you furnished us with when ordering will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification including the package tracking number.


How to Return Orders - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing admin@picwoodusa.com
We will provide the correct address for your return when we provide your RA#.
Your order or invoice number is required.
Returns are accepted 10 days from purchase date.
Packages that are returned unauthorized will be refused.
 

Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A 20% restocking fee is charged.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We must RECEIVE the package within 10 days from purchase date.
Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers.
Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.


Damage/Shortage Claims - Accepted Once per Order

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival.
Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery.
Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order.
A photo of the damaged item is required.
We cannot replace or refund items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.
We will only replace the parts that are broken and not the whole item.
Claims are processed within ten business days of arrival, however, it may take up to 2 weeks depending on our busy season.

All export orders are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.

 

Picwood USA ships to Canada and the Continental United States at this time.

Please remember the Receiver is responsible for Duty & Taxes of their own Country at the time of delivery and not Picwood USA. 


Privacy Policy and Security Policy

We respect your privacy and Picwood USA! will never release or sell any information about you to third parties.
